A $100 booking fee is mandatory to secure the appointment, and will go towards the service total. Booking fee is nonrefundable, but are transferable up to two times to a rescheduled date within 3 months (if 24 hour notice is given). No shows, cancellations, clients that have rescheduled two times, or clients that do not give a 24 hour notice for rescheduling will forfeit their Booking Fee. An additional $100 booking fee will be required to book a new appointment. As we do have a strict late policy, clients that are late by 15 minutes or longer will have their appointment cancelled and booking fee forfeited as well. In these cases, another $100 booking fee will be required to book a new appointment as well.
